The use of a plastic bag full of water hanging from the ceilling of several taco kiosks on the streets, is a traditional
way to scare flies away in
eyes of a fly reflected on this sphere, scaring it away. (by josedelao)
The main reason I posted this was to ask: does hanging bags of water up actually work? If so, why don't we do it here? If it doesn't work, why do they persist in the practice?
